Event Plan - Fully Charged LIVE Austin Up to 42 EVs, 80- 100 volunteers All Volunteers wear Electric Auto t-shirt Attend Orientation*: Jan 29th, 12:00 Noon 4 hour shift = 2 day pass Must registered as a volunteer on www.ElectricAuto.org 1. EV Corral – Display 20 – 30 EVs Co-Leads, Elaine Borseth, (driveelectric92007@gmail.com), Aaron Choate (40 -60 EV Educators volunteers in four-hour shifts: 9:30 – 1:30, 1:30 – 5:30) EVs Load in and stay 2. Ride-alongs – 12 EVs Lead: Elaine Borseth (12 EV Owner-Educators) Set up in the Paddock on a course, doing a simple course 12 EVs with Owners driving, taking passengers 3. Electric Auto Association – Austin EAA Booth Lead: Dennis Griffin and Guy Hall (16 Volunteers –in 2 – 4 hour shifts) Booth staffed by association - EV Educators. “Ask Me about my EV” pin - 1,250 pins- Promoting dialogue between EV owners and EV curious Our goal is to give a pin to EVERY EV owner who attends the show. 1-2 Student Volunteers standing by Banners in 3 locations (4 hour shifts)– (15-20 volunteers) Distributed to EV Owners willing to tell their EV story to those new to Evs: 1. Check-in/ticket staff invite EV Owners Find the Electric Auto Association Banner nearby check-in to get their pin “Welcome to Fully Charged LIVE USA” 2. A Presenter on stage invites EV Owners – FC LIVE to notify EAA of shows inviting “Take a Pin” Stop by the back of the theater to get your pin from Electric Auto Association volunteers 3. what is up? purchasing my first EV (Fiat 500e) to be used as commuter. Does anyone have a Spare J-1772 Level 2 charger that i could borrow for a week and or purchase for a reasonable price? i am not 100% sure what i should purchase for the house and possibly the office. so i don't want to comit to something that might not work for me.

Hello to all on the HEAA email list, Ford reveals the all electric Ford Mustang Mach E at the LA auto show last night. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o0F9Uktpgtk It was a great event and this is a ground up EV from Ford that brings Ford into the mainstream EV market. We'll see if the market responds. I hope so. We need all auto brands to make EV's that the general auto market will transition to.
